Process

Consultation

The first stage of any project that I take on begins with a consultation. I want to hear what your ideas are, and in turn give you as much information about my process as I can. We can talk over the phone or meet up in person if you live in the Salem area.

Proposal

Once we’ve discussed your project, I’ll send you a project proposal. It contains everything that you need to know about the design process, including: a project description, a timeline, and a list of deliverables. Also, you will see an estimated cost for my services. For work to begin on your project, you will need to sign and send me a copy of the proposal, along with a non-refundable 50% deposit.

Design

Once the design process has begun, it will follow the timeline setup in the proposal. During this time, there will be open communication about the status of your project.

Deliverables

Before the final designs are delivered, the remaining 50% of the total is due. The list of deliverables agreed upon in the proposal will be yours to keep!
